Stimulating economic growth and the development of road infrastructure in economically lagging regions is the goal of many countries. This is because road infrastructure plays a crucial role by providing mobility for the efficient movements of people and goods, as well as providing accessibility to a wide variety of commercial and social activities. The infrastructure of development is communication, education, health, power, market, commerce, irrigation, and leisure facilities. However, to achieve sustainable economic growth, focusing on road infrastructure development alone would not be sufficient. To achieve people-oriented development all the above sectors must be fine-tuned and ready for new ventures and opportunities. Tourism is one industry that can be developed along with the livelihoods of the local residents, where both the tourist and the local get what they want. Tourism development consists of four basic elements which are accommodation facilities, food, beverage facilities, and communication facilities.
